Monthly deliverables

Standing monthly scope alongside the seasonal product calendar. The date windows reflect the earlier to-do list; dates falling on weekends shift to a nearby business day. Campaign launches, partner print deadlines, inventory and approvals determine the final sequence. This is a scope and cadence reference, not a live status tracker.

Workstream Monthly output Target timing What Sean receives / what goes live
Web analytics and sales review 1 monthly web and marketing summary Review from the 1st, after prior-month data closes.
  • Shopify sales, orders, traffic and campaign/ad results available from the platforms; compare with the prior period when useful.
  • Flag product, market, conversion and promotion observations; provide supporting exports when requested.
  • RSPA sales/discount and commission figures when due, with web-only totals distinguished from wholesale.
Advertising and promotional creative 12–18 finished assets across scheduled campaigns Creative before each placement; social ad review in the last week for the following month's launch.
  • Product, technology, player and offer concepts in dealer and consumer versions.
  • Web landscape/portrait banners, social story/post, retailer/POP and print formats required by each placement.
  • Revisions, export checks and labeled high-resolution final files for sales, web, media and partners. Each finished format counts once.
RSPA and partner advertising Approximately 2 digital and 1 print ad when scheduled, included in the 12–18 assets To newsletter, SMS or publication deadline; print proof before submission.
  • Member offer/product creative, newsletter and SMS image variants when scheduled, and print-ready artwork.
  • Partner proof and revisions, destination link/offer check, and final files to Steve or the publication.
  • These graphics are part of the advertising total, not additional assets.
Email and sales-channel communication 1–2 consumer campaigns plus dealer/distributor materials as scheduled Dealer/distributor communication around the 3rd; consumer send dates follow approved offers.
  • Consumer email design, product copy, graphics, calls to action, landing links, test send and approved revisions.
  • Distributor/rep blasts for approved product, workbook, price or asset updates; supply the corresponding files and links.
  • Coordinate site offer and product availability before send; any email graphics count in advertising above.
Website and DTC promotion execution Scheduled promo launches and itemized site updates Targeting review around the 6th; rotator refresh around the 7th and 18th; live dates follow approved offers.
  • Homepage rotators, collection/product pages, imagery, navigation, pricing, discounts, closeouts and RSPA member display.
  • Build and verify approved offers and discount codes; review restock and abandoned-cart opportunities where applicable.
  • Check live links and prices, then remove or revert time-limited offers at campaign close.
Partner website and asset support Monthly partner review and asset handoffs Partner-site review around the 14th; communication around the 15th.
  • Check current product presentation, logos, imagery and banners on key partner sites; identify outdated material.
  • Provide approved high-resolution product/advertising files and guidance on where and when to use them.
  • Handle requested retailer POP, UPC layouts or packaging files as product and production needs arise; major new product programs stay in the seasonal calendar.
Social and photography content Campaign-ready content for scheduled posts and ads Review social activity throughout the month; prepare creative before the approved post or campaign date.
  • Review product/brand posts and relevant repost opportunities; supply corporate launch and promotion creative.
  • Select and crop available player, product and lifestyle photography for current ads, email, web and partner use.
  • Coordinate approval and use of available testimonial or player imagery; new product shoots remain on the seasonal calendar.
